If you're uncertain if online counseling is right for you, I'm happy to discuss your concerns and provide guidance during a free consultation.

  • How long will I be in counseling?

  • How much do you charge?
    My fee for a 55-minute counseling session is $145. For self-pay clients, I accept payment at the time of service and offer various payment methods for your convenience, including credit/debit cards and electronic transfers.
  • Do you accept insurance?
    Yes, I accept insurance from BCBS PPO, United Healthcare, and Cigna.I will file the claim for payment from your insurance provider. In the event the claim is not paid by the provider for any reason, you are responsible for payment.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    I kindly ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Without sufficient notice, you may be charged for the missed appointment. I understand that emergencies arise, and exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis.
  • What theoretical approach do you use?
    My counseling approach is personalized to address your individual needs and preferences. You can find detailed information about the approaches I use on my "Home" page.
