Cassandra Ward

Cassandra Ward is a warm, non-judgmental, passionate, and caring individual dedicated to helping women find their voice, grow, and heal. Residing in Chicago, IL, she is also a licensed clinical professional counselor, author, and speaker.

For years, Cassandra's life revolved around others' opinions, leading to people-pleasing tendencies, weak boundaries, low confidence, and a loss of self-identity due to negative experiences. However, today, with over 20 years of counseling experience, she has dedicated the past six years to helping women overcome shame, guilt, and challenges hindering their growth.

The REASON Behind HER Passion for Helping Women

In 2018, while running her private practice, Cassandra was deeply impacted by a client's profound question, "Who am I?" This prompted her own journey of self-discovery, culminating in her debut book,

"Finding Yourself: A Journey of Self-Discovery, Inner Healing, and Transformation."

Now, Cassandra is passionate about guiding women on this transformative journey. She believes every woman possesses an inner gem that makes her unique, valued, and resilient. However, like all precious gems, they must be discovered and appreciated.

Similar to a jeweler meticulously examining jewels for authenticity, Cassandra will guide you on a journey to find your voice, embrace your worth, and realize your self-value. Whether you are seeking help with relationship issues, childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, or any other difficulty, Cassandra is dedicated to helping you become the best version of yourself.
